Refund policy
We offer refunds before the order has been fulfilled/shipped. Once the order has been fulfilled/shipped, the refund period has closed and you will not be offered a refund.
All our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, please contact us at shopbirhanes@gmail.com and the next appropriate steps will be taken to ensure the best service is given on the matter. Be sure to respond within 7 business days of receiving the shipment.
If the mail carrier isn’t able to deliver the package because of incorrect address provided, this means that the package will be sent back to the facility from which it came. When that happens, you’ll get an email from us that your order arrived back at our facility and instructions of the next steps will be provided for reshipping. Please note that you are responsible for providing the correct address for your order. You will also be responsible for the reshipping cost. There are no refunds after the package has been fulfilled/shipped.
