ተዋሕዶ/Tewahedo in the Ethiopic or Ge’ez language, literally means “Being Made One” or “Unified” and expresses the unity of our Lord and Savior Iyesus Kristos (Jesus Christ) humanity and divinity in a single nature. This word can be heard all throughout Ethiopia and Eritrea.
